Women's Track & Field Concludes Regular Season at TCNJ

EWING, N.J. –  The Manhattan women's track and field team competed at the TCNJ Invitational on Saturday in the last meet for the MAAC Championships next weekend.
 
Nina Bjorkman picked up a win in the discus with a best of 46.76m, which hits the ECAC qualifying standard. Bjorkman was over 4.5m clear of the rest of the field.
 
The other Jasper recording a top-three finish was Lilly Brown grabbing third in the pole vault. Brown cleared 3.65 on her first try but could not get over the bar at 3.75m.
 
Grace Campbell finished seventh in the 1500m. Campbell crossed the line in 4:55.59.
 
Skye Lehr finished 16th in the 100m hurdles and 23rd in the long jump. Kokoe Segbedji was 13th in the discus with Bjorkman.
 
Manhattan returns to the track next Saturday for the first day of the MAAC Championships.
