Jaspers Earn More Than 30 MAAC Academic Nods

Edison, NJ - Manhattan track and field earned more than 30 MAAC All-Academic Team selections ahead of the 2019 Indoor Track and Field Championships this weekend. 

Nineteen members of the women's team were chosen for academic honors, while 12 Jasper men were also named. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.

Monmouth totaled a league-best 25 female and 24 male student athletes on the All-Academic Team. 

Manhattan will compete in the MAAC Championships starting Saturday, February 16 at The Armory. The first events will kick-off at 5:00 p.m.
