TODAY'S GAME
The Jaspers (8-20, 4-15 MAAC) conclude the regular season with a visit to McCann Arena for a matchup with Marist (13-16, 10-9 MAAC). Manhattan is looking to snap a two-game losing streak. In their last outing, the Jaspers dropped a 63-50 decision to Monmouth on Friday night. Marist, meanwhile, suffered a 70-36 loss to Quinnipiac on Thursday. This is the first meeting since the Jaspers and Red Foxes opened MAAC play against each other at Draddy Gymnasium on Nov. 29. Manhattan will be the No. 10 seed in the MAAC Tournament, while Marist will be seeded sixth.

ABOUT THE JASPERS
Manhattan (8-20, 4-15 MAAC) looks to end the regular season with a win after dropping each of its last two games. The Jaspers are coming off a 63-50 loss to Monmouth on Friday. Junior center Kayla Grimme had 25 points against the Hawks, her sixth 20-point game of the season, and she leads Manhattan with 13.7 points per contest. Grimme ranks first in the MAAC with 2.0 blocks per outing and fifth in the league with 7.9 rebounds a night. Junior guard Amani Tatum, meanwhile, paces the MAAC in both assists (4.8 apg) and steals (3.2 spg) to go along with 10.3 points per game. Junior guard Nyasha Irizarry drains a team-best 1.5 three-pointers per outing, while senior guard Maeve Parahus is just two treys away from 100 in her career. She sinks 1.4 three-pointers a night. The Jaspers will be the No. 10 seed in the MAAC Tournament and play seventh-seeded Monmouth (13-15, 8-11 MAAC) in the first round at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.

ABOUT THE RED FOXES
Marist (13-16, 10-9 MAAC) saw its two-game winning streak come to an end with a 70-36 loss to Quinnipiac on Thursday. Freshman guard Rebekah Hand leads the Red Foxes in both scoring and rebounding. She averages 13.1 points and 6.9 boards per game. She also hands out a team-best 2.9 assists per contest. Sophomore guard Maura Fitzpatrick adds 11.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists per outing, while sophomore guard Claire Oberdorf notches 11.1 points and 2.5 assists a night. Freshman guard Hannah Hand, meanwhile, registers 10.2 points per game and ranks second in the league in three-point percentage (.394). All four are among the top seven in the conference in minutes played. Sophomore forward Lovisa Henningsdottir adds 8.6 points per contest and ranks sixth in the MAAC with 1.1 blocks per outing. The Red Foxes, who will be seeded sixth, will open the MAAC Tournament against No. 11 Saint Peter's (3-26, 2-18 MAAC) on Thursday at 1:30 p.m.

SERIES HISTORY
Marist has won 10 of the last 11 meetings between the teams, including each of the last two. The Red Foxes knocked off the Jaspers by a 62-47 count at Draddy Gymnasium on Nov. 29. Manhattan's last win over Marist was a 64-59 triumph at McCann Arena on Feb. 8, 2016, its first victory in Poughkeepsie since the 2002-03 season. Overall, this is the 55th meeting between the squads. Marist holds a 30-24 edge in the all-time series.

LAST TIME OUT
The Jaspers concluded their home schedule with a 63-50 loss to Monmouth at Draddy Gymnasium on Friday night. Monmouth scored the first eight points of the contest and led 10-2 before Manhattan went on a 5-0 run to pull within three, 10-7. The Hawks led 14-7 after the first quarter and extended their cushion to 23-10 midway through the second period. Monmouth held a 30-19 advantage at halftime, then increased the margin to 53-34 at the end of the third quarter. The Hawks went up a game-high 21 points at 61-40 with 4:26 left before Manhattan ended the contest on a 10-2 spurt to make the final score 63-50. Kayla Grimme recorded 25 points to go along with five rebounds and three blocks. Nyasha Irizarry added nine points and five boards, while Taylor Williams grabbed a team-best six rebounds.

BRACKETOLOGY
Manhattan will be the No. 10 seed in the MAAC Tournament and face seventh-seeded Monmouth in the first round at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Times Union Center in Albany. It will be the first-ever MAAC Tournament meeting between the Jaspers and Hawks. The Manhattan-Monmouth winner will move on to face second-seeded Rider in the quarterfinals at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

MARIST CONNECTIONS
Assistant Coach Dominique Bryant came to Manhattan after three years on the Marist staff. The Red Foxes reached the postseason twice during her time in Poughkeepsie, winning the MAAC Tournament and advancing to the NCAA Tournament in 2013-14 before appearing in the 205 Women's NIT.
