New York, NY – Men's soccer captain Joe Hulme (Bolton, Lancashire, England / St. Joseph's Roman Catholic) has been selected to the 2016 CoSIDA Academic All-District 1 First Team.
 
With his nomination, Hulme now advances to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® Team ballot, where first-, second- and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.
 
Hulme has compiled a 3.83 grade-point average while majoring in Finance at Manhattan College. Earlier in the week, he and five other Jaspers were selected to the 2017 MAAC All-Academic Team. On the field, he made 15 starts this season and contributed two assists.
